amazing transit experience!!!
clean showers charging facilities easy location
The lounge features very clean shower facilities. it had charging facilities available, a great convenience. i found the location easy to find. That's important.
the elevator music repeated frequently, which became a little distracting.

the food selection was quite good and varied. breakfast was standard fare but satisfying. i especially appreciated how much food was available, i could eat as much as i wanted!!!

grim place missing lock
The staff was friendly enough.
My nap room felt more like a storage closet. It was tucked away behind the kitchen area. Workers sorted vegetables nearby, the place felt grim for a solo woman like ME. also, the naproom door had no lock.

efficient staff clean shower
my nap room provided needed rest. the shower facilities WERE clean. i found the reception staff quite efficient during check-in.
i expected a better room but it was partitioned.

the staff at the desk offered good assistance. check-in was quick, and the staff were helpful with directions. i EXPERIENCED no issues getting settled into my nap room.

breakfast had standard selections. there were enough options to start the day. i CONSIDERED the food area clean, and the staff maintained it well throughout the morning.
